Documents
Institutional and business pages that actually name Ripple the company, the XRP Ledger, XRP, Interledger, or a named Ripple product. Academic papers that do the same are labeled Academic — a student or journal article is not a central-bank document. Each listing is the underlying PDF or newsroom page, not a screenshot or caption.
A staff-paper mention is not a customer. A concluded proof of concept is not a live rail. XRP, XRPL, and Ripple are labeled separately. This catalog is not exhaustive.
34 documents
What it says. Staff proof of concept: SDMX official-statistics files are hashed, Merkle-aggregated, and a summary value is recorded on the XRP Ledger so a consumer can check origin and integrity. Underlying figures stay off-chain. Authors: Mario Rusev, Rafael Schmidt, Edward Lambe, Christian Schmieder, Glenn Philip Tice. The page states the views are the authors’ and do not necessarily reflect the views of the BIS or its member central banks.
What it does not say. Not a BIS commercial relationship with Ripple, not XRP as a payments or bridge asset, not a production statistics service for member central banks. Contemporaneous technical write-ups of this paper describe XRPL DevNet, not mainnet.
Not listed
These items circulate as “documents.” The underlying page either does not name Ripple / XRPL / XRP, or two separate facts are overlaid. They stay out of the catalog so a screenshot does not become a sourced claim.
LEI Worldwide page as an IMF / WEF “Ripple Ledger” paper
The quoted sentences about IMF and WEF “discussions” of a “Ripple Ledger” as a “new stable bridge currency” sit on a third-party LEI explainer, not on an IMF staff note or a WEF report. GLEIF issuing an LEI to Ripple is identity infrastructure, not a Fund or Forum partnership.
Lagarde digital SDR = XRP as the eSDR framework
Christine Lagarde has discussed a digital SDR in IMF remarks. No IMF paper located for this release names XRP as that framework. Overlaying the two is commentary, not a document.
BIS Project Agora as a Ripple partnership
Some Agora participant banks also appear in this index as Ripple or Metaco customers. That overlap is not a document that names Ripple or XRPL as an Agora rail. A chain of business links is not a BIS–Ripple contract.
Central Bank of Bahrain certified XRP
CBB licenses Shariyah Review Bureau (ANC/008). SRB’s crypto screening table and March 2022 Sharia Analysis of Ripple are the firm’s own scholarly work. SRB’s Ripple page states the publication is not professional Shariyah advice and is not CBB approval or rejection of crypto-assets offered by CBB licensees.
DBS + Citi Swift Digital Ledger as a Ripple document
The underlying CoinDesk / Swift story is Swift’s own digital-ledger work. Overlaying Ripple onto that page is the caption, not the source.
Sibos hallway video as a Swift–Ripple document
Attendee remarks that they “know about ODL” and are “not partnered with Ripple… yet” are not a Swift publication, not a bank customer announcement, and not a document.
Jess Cheng Yale talk / IMF employment as an IMF document
A lawyer who worked at the IMF Legal Department and later at Ripple is a career path. It is not an IMF paper, not an IMF–Ripple customer relationship, and not evidence that the Fund uses XRP.
Finastra Nacha Preferred Partner = Ripple reaching all SWIFT members
Nacha named Finastra a preferred partner for ACH, ISO 20022, and fraud. That is Finastra–Nacha. The 2019 Ripple–Finastra cloud deal is a separate document and does not grant Ripple access to every SWIFT member.
Xago + OpenPayd SWIFT access as a Swift–XRPL document
A company that issues on XRPL buying access to SWIFT rails through OpenPayd is that company’s correspondent-banking setup. It is not Swift publishing an XRPL standard or partnering with Ripple.
Ripple/XRP in the Great Reset conspiracy-theory paper as an institutional document
Wojtasik & Šteger (Politics in Central Europe, 2024) is a media-studies article about how Telegram users in Poland and Slovenia talk about XRP inside Great Reset conspiracy narratives. It is not a WEF, IMF, or government document, and it does not evidence that XRP is a global-reset settlement asset.
Bank of Russia Novosibirsk lab paper as a CBR–Ripple contract
The citing document is a 2020 Ural Federal University conference paper (Mokeeva, Frais, Pankov), not a Bank of Russia PDF. It describes 1H 2018 lab research and says Ripple could be a starting basis only if legal and technical issues — including whether to use XRP — are resolved. That is not a live rail.
